One of director Roger Corman’s low budget/high entertainment films – this one has beautiful locations, a paper-thin plot and gorgeous girls that hide a terrible secret. Do you like puppets? Then join us for a fun puppet film event followed by a puppet-making workshop! Raleigh’s premier film group, the A/V Geeks, will return to West Regional to show us their favorite puppet 16mm films. Afterwards, you will get to create your own puppets! We’ll provide the puppet-making materials. All you have to do is show up, enjoy the films, and be creative! FREE

For example, How To Build an Igloo teaches us step-by-step how to build a shelter in the ice. With How to Get Cooperation we learn the fine art of twisting classmates’ arms to cooperate. And The Shoplifter accidentally teaches you some nifty shoplifting tricks (circa 1964).
