The A/V Geeks start the Halloween celebrations early by bringing out school films that feature ghosts and the supernatural to teach us their lessons. Films include -
Parents, Who Needs Them? (1973) A creepy magical puppet makes a bratty boy invisible to teach him a lesson.
The Haunted Mouth (1974) Cesar Romero plays the invisible spectre of the mouth – plaque.
Ghost Rider (1982) New student Kevin is haunted by a girl who teaches him bus safety.

Given the current outrage against the extracurricular shenanigans taking place in our hallowed halls of learning, you’d think that kids have truly gone wild. But the A/V Geeks have picked school films from our past that show students have always looked beyond the Three Rs in school! Also all of the films were made by Kansas-based Centron Films. With the passing of pantomime auteur Marcel Marceau, the A/V Geeks have found some films that show his genius and, in contrast, films that demonstrate why mimes are so despised today. Films include: Guessing Game, The Box, Language Of The Heart, Affective Learning, Safe Play – Danger Places and more.
