This film presents the variety of jobs that take place in the preparation and clean up of a large hotel banquet. It displays shots of waiters setting tables, cooks preparing soup, meat, fish and dessert items on a grand scale, the woman who prepares the linen, the bartenders preparing drinks, and the cleanup after the diners have completely departed.
