Join us for an evening of Saturday morning television circa 1972-76 . During this time the FCC and parents groups were pressuring broadcasters to temper their endless onslaught of mindless cartoons, cereal and toy advertising with some educational content.  A/V Geeks will be presenting a night of some of those educational shorts – the Friends in the City series, Hot Dog series (featuring Woody Allen and Jonathan Winters), the Most Important Person series, and, of course, the most popular of these shorts, Schoolhouse Rock. And just to make it feel more like a real 70s Saturday morning, we’ll mix in some toy and cereal commercials  AND we’ll be providing some sugary kids cereal and milk to add to the experience! Wear pajamas and get a special gift!  Suggested donation $5
9pm, Tuesday, March 27th, Kings 14 West Martin Street Raleigh NC. Doors open at 8:30pm.
